Refund policy

📦 Returns
•     You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
•     To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
•     Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

💸 Refunds
•     Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund within 14 days.
•     Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
•     We do not offer refunds for opened packs, single cards, or items damaged after delivery unless faulty.

⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items
•     If your item is faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days of receipt. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund, including return postage.
